The leaked Sony Ericsson Rachael from two weeks ago has been confirmed by the Swedes as Sony Ericsson XPERIA X3. The Android-powered smartphone made its way to the online inventory of British retailer Expansys. Listed as SEMXP3_BLK_UK, the new Xperia X3 supports dualband 900/2100MHz HSDPA (10Mbps) and HSUPA (2Mbps) and features an 8-megapixel with 8x digital zoom, LED flash, image stabilization, smile shutter and face detection functions.

Capable of shooting VGA-quality 30fps video, the new Sony Ericsson XPERIA X3 comes with a 4-inch WVGA touchscreen display that does 800×400 resolution (pretty capacitive for an Android handset), features a 3.5mm headphone jack, AGPS, a microSDHC expansion and a mini-USB port. Connectivity wise, the X3 comes with Bluetooth 2.1 and Wi-Fi b/g support.

Not much info regarding a release date or a price, but Expansys are already taking pre-orders for the new Sony Ericsson Xperia X3 so it shouldn’t take too long to hit the market.
