Nokia E72 NAM Cruises Out of FCC

About a month ago announced that the new Nokia E72 is going to replace the QWERTY E71, and today we bring you even better news. After a short cruising through the FCC, the thin and versatile Nokia E72 NAM (North American variant) has been given green light for production and should be available in Nokia stores soon.
Just to refresh your memory, the new Nokia E72 NAM is not only one of the sexiest smartphone to ever land in the market but it’s also highly functional and advanced, because the North American variant offers full HSPA on the 850 and 1900MHz bands along with quadband EDGE and HSPA 2100, an integrated compass, S60 3rd Edition FP2 and a 5 megapixel camera.
And although the list goes on with more goodies, something that really caught our attention is the fact that this Nokia E72 is actually unbranded — which means no carrier contracts for the moment.
There seems to be a high demand in the States for Nokia smartphones hence why that could be the much needed breath of fresh air for the Finish company.
