iPhone 3GS-compatible RedSn0w jailbreak Version 0.8

A few days ago Andrew brought you the PurpleRa1n jailbreak utility and yesterday the Mac-friendly version, well today is my turn to write about the new iPhone 3GS-compatible RedSn0w jailbreak app. The iPhone Dev Team has just updated their RedSn0w Jailbreak app to version 0.8 which allows you to jailbreak your iPhone including the 3GS model and the second-gen iPod Touch.
Although there are no confirmations yet, the new RedSn0w version 0.8 is available for Windows, Mac and Linux, and is supposed to be a much more stable jailbreak than PurpleRa1n. It’ also UltraSn0w compatible, Mobile Substrate and WinterBoard are said to work like a charm, and Cydia and Icy are now fully compatible. Once your iPhone 3G S is jailbroken, you’ll have to unlock it using the updated Ultrasn0w utility (also version 0.8) and you?re free.
The new RedSn0w Jailbreak Version 0.8 is already available on torrents — happy hacking!
