Bookeen Unveils Their Cybook Opus E-book Reader

In a recent Flickr pictorial, the French from Bookeen have take the wraps off of their latest Cybook Opus e-book reader and show us mortals just how great the product is — and by looking at it, right they are. Touted as pocketable, boasting a 5-inch high definition 200DPI 600 x 800 resolution e-ink screen (one of the best on a reader) and only weighing in at 5.3 ounces (150g), the new Cybook Opus reader takes proud with its handsome design and the auto-rotate feature courtesy of an integrated accelerometer that also allows you to use it in either hand.
The Cybook Opus comes with 1GB of internal memory and a microSD card slot, plays ePub, PDF, HTML and text formats, has 12 different font sizes with customizable layouts for better readability and folder management to organize your titles. With a battery life good for more than 8,000 page flips and 21 days of stand-by, this miniscule paper-slayer could easily get you to read more books in a stylish manner.

Although Bookeen unboxed it for us, there’s still no word on pricing or specific availability.
