In an attempt to prove that I actually read both Andrew’s and Robert’s posts (I miss some when I’m out buying beer though), today I had to turn the Internet upside down and see if there are any projectors to tell you about. Enough with the excuses, here’s Samsung’s MBP200 pico-projector — a compact DLP projector with an onboard PMP that allows you to both listen to audio and watch video.
But other than being a portable media player, the new Samsung MBP200 is capable of projecting a 50-inch image (MS Office documents or PowerPoint presentations) at 480x 320 resolutions. It comes with a 2.2-inch QVGA LCD display with touchscreen controls, a microSD card slot to store up to 16GB of files, a 3.5mm stereo output for audio and an input for external video sources.

On sale in Germany for some $530 (375 Eur0), at only 140g the new Samsung MBP200 looks like a handy gadget to have with you on a mountain trip to have Godzilla projected on a large rock. Right?
