DJ Hero Available to Pre-Order, Release Date Confirmed

Following on from offering a heads up concerning the up and coming Logitech Wireless Guitar Controller for Guitar Hero we can confirm that Activision’s DJ Hero software title is now being listed by the major vendors complete with a release date of October 27^th.

Yes, if pretending to play an instrument is not enough for you, you can soon pretend to be a DJ by stepping up to the 1′s & 2′s (actually just the one) thanks to a virtual turntable and, well, perhaps it’s just us but we think its all getting a little daft. I mean, whatever next? Pretend Go to work Hero, Get A Life Hero? The mind boggles – still something like Kick Back with Mates and a Cool Beer Hero might just appeal.

Still, if the idea of pressing colored buttons on a fake turntable whilst pretending you’re the next Vogel (showing my music tastes here) then you’ll be pleased to know that you can place your order in advance of DJ Hero’s release right now thanks to the title being listed on Amazon for the Xbox, PS3 and Wii.
