I-O Data have unveiled their latest Wireless LAN Converter in the form of the I-O Data WN-LA/C Wireless LAN Converter which is primarily billed as allowing you to connect your TV to your network at speeds of up to a none too shabby 300Mbps.

The I-O Data WN-LA/C Wireless LAN Converter, which utilises 5GHz technology, offers a host of security options, namely WPA2-PSK (AES), WPA-PSK (TKIP / AES), WEP (64/128bit), and even comes with a Night Mode which will power down the device whilst not in use and power it back up when required leading to a purported 30% decrease in energy consumption compared to other comparable devices.
