Huawei is trying to impress at the 2009 CommunicAsia exhibition in Singapore with their new U8230 Android smartphone that have just seen daylight.? The Android-powered U8230 comes with a 3.5-inch touchscreen that allows to switch between a full and half QWERTY keyboard and is packed with what the company considers to be “cutting-edge” technologies.
A bit scarce on details, the new Huawei U8230 is going to have Google Chrome on-board which means taht you’ll enjoy a variety of Google applications such as Google Map, Google Search and Google Talk. Also, the new U8230 is fitted with a 1500mAH battery — hailed as the best battery “among Android-powered handsets currently available”, which is understandable considering the battery-poor G1.
Meant for a commercial release in the second half of 2009 (Europe, too), we’d love to get close with the new Huawei U8230 when it hits the shelves.
