Samsung Intros Samsung WB1000 Camera

Samsung have released full details about their new Samsung WB1000 camera, an analog-gauged point-and-shoot with a 12.2 megapixel sensor, a 3 inch hVGA+ OLED display (480 x 360 pixels) and 24mm wide-angle Schneider-KREUZNACH lens with dual optical and digital image stabilization.
The new Samsung WB1000 has two retro gauges that show battery life and capacity, is capable of doing 720p HD video recording, shoots up to 3200 ISO (in reduced 3.2-megapixel mode) and does 5x optical zoom. With 76 MB built-in memory and an option for up to 8GB by using an SDHC card for more space, the new camera offers more than decent picture and video quality.
Expected to go on sale next week the new Samsung WB1000 Point-and-Shoot camera will set you back for $380.
