3G BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230 Announced for Verizon

Highly leaked, rumored and more than just delayed, the new 3G-enabled BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230 has been confirmed for its debut on Verizon. Expected to be available from June 19, the new Pearl Flip 8230 is goign to cost you some $130 after a $70 mail in rebate on a 2 year contract. The Wi-Fi enabled clamshell is going to run on an OS 4.6.0, will be powered by a 324MHz processor, has an external display and a vertical QVGA internal display.
But that’s not all becasue the new BlackBerry 8230 is also going to boast a 2 megapixel camera with flash, built-in GPS, a SureType keypad. May not be the smartest phone we’ve seen, but the price is good and the frame looks stylish enough to be carried out no matter where you are (business or lifestyle).
