PFU Fujitsu ScanSnap S300 [Ultra-Portable S300 Scanner Gains Update]

If you’re in the market for an ultra-portable scanner to assist with ‘business on the road’, so to speak, you may be interested in the PFU Fujitsu ScanSnap S300 ultra-portable scanner which, whilst not new (its been around a while now), has just gained a software update allowing for easier (more intuitive) control as well as improved handling specifically with regard to business card scanning as well as general document scanning.

The sheet feed PFU Fujitsu ScanSnap S300, which measures in at a particularly portable 11.18″ x 3.74″ x 3.03″ (284mm x 95mm x 77mm) scans directly to PDF format or JPEG file formats, comes with ScanSnap Manager, ScanSnap Organizer and ScanSnap CardMinder applications, offers an optical resolution of 600dpi courtesy of a dual CIS sensors and will set you back around $295.

As alluded to previously, the PFU Fujitsu ScanSnap S300 ultra-portable scanner is already widely available.
