Wowwee have now confirmed details concerning the UK release of the WowWee Cinemin Swivel Multimedia Pico Projector which not only offers iPod, iPhone (as well as other PMP) support also offers a pivoting design allows you to direct projections with ease up to 90 degrees (allowing for ceiling projection when placed on a table, for example).

Powered by DLP projection technology from Texas Instruments, the WowWee Cinemin Swivel Multimedia Pico Projector, which Wowwee bill as taking projection ‘out of boardrooms and movie theaters and into the palm of your hand’, measures in at ‘roughly the size of a candy bar’, offers up 2 hours of battery endurance and pulls a resolution of a not too shabby (considering its size) 480 x 320 whilst offering a projection rage of around 81″ ‘in a dimly lit room’.

The iPod/iPhone friendly WowWee Cinemin Swivel Multimedia Pico Projector has now been confirmed as becoming available in the UK from September ‘09 with a price point of around 350GBP.
