Acer Tempo DX900 & Acer Tempo X960 Touchscreen Smartphones Released

Acer has released their latest Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional powered Tempo smartphones – the Acer Tempo DX900 and the Acer Tempo X960 – which offer HSDPA, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity as well as integrated high sensitivity GPS receivers.

Sporting 2.8″ 480 x 640 resolution TFT touchscreens and powered by 533GHz Samsung S3C6400 and S3C6410 CPUs respectively, both of Acer’s new Tempo smartphones come with 3.15 megapixel cameras whilst the Acer Tempo DX900 offers dual SIM functionality taking in both 2G and 3G connectivity (the Tempo X960 is a single SIM device).
