Asus Eee PC T91 UK Release Date Confirmed [T91 Touchscreen Convertible Netbook]

If you’re UK based and you’ve been waiting for news concerning when Asus’s first touchscreen convertible netbook, the Asus Eee PC T91, will become available in the UK then we have good news as Asus have now officially confirmed that their Eee PC T91 touchscreen convertible is set for its UK release towards the end of May or the beginning of June.

According to Electric Pig, Asus have not only confirmed that the UK release of the Eee PC T91 is right around the corner but they have also purportedly let it slip that if you’re wanting to avail yourself of a Eee PC T91 you’ll need a spare 449GBP laying around, however, Asus have been less forthcoming when it comes to the specifications and features we can expect concerning the UK version of the T91. That said, if previous reports serve to ring true, you can expect the 9″ Eee PC T91 to pack both integrated TV tuner and GPS functionality (though we wait for Asus to set this in stone).

We await full confirmation from Asus with crossed fingers that the aforementioned TV tuner and GPS do actually make the cut when the UK iteration of the T91 hits the shelves.
