The ViewSonic PJD5351 DLP projector offers XGA (1024 x 768 native resolution or a maximum of SXGA compressed at 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratio and, apart from offering a brightness of 2500 Lumens and a contrast ratio of 2000:1, offers a lamp life of 3000 hours which is extendable to around 4000 hours thanks to the PJD5351’s Eco-mode whilst, in terms of connectivity, you can factor in 15-pin mini D-sub, Composite, S-Video Input and integrated RS-232 as well as a 3.5mm audio jack offering audio in/out.
The ViewSonic PJD5351 Short Throw DLP Projector is available from around $800 though we are seeing it being offered for as much as $1,000+ so, if you’re considering a purchase we strongly advise that you take the time to shop around otherwise you could well find yourself paying way over the odds.
