ViewSonic VT2230 LCD HDTV [22" 1080p, 16:9 Aspect Ratio]

ViewSonic have added to their LCD HDTV range with the new 22″ VT2230 LCD HDTV which offers a 16:9 aspect ratio Full HD (1080p) display and which is being billed by VeiwSonic as being ‘the right HDTV for the other room’.

The ViewSonic VT2230 LCD HDTV, which boasts advanced ClearPicture image processing technology to eliminate noise, increase contrast and optimise color vibrancy, sports a 8,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and 300cd/m2 brightness display with a response time of 5ms and, apart from coming with integrated ATSC/NTSC/QAM tuner, also offers up HDMI and VGA connectivity (as well as component, S-video, composite and TV/cable inputs) making it an ideal, compact Full HD unit for watching TV, DVDs and Blu-ray and hooking up to HD gaming consoles in smaller rooms such as bedrooms.

“The VT2230 is our most versatile model as its size allows it to fit almost anywhere within the home, bringing TV viewing to any room in the house,” said ViewSonic VP and GM Jeff Volpe who introduced the 22″ VT2230 LCD which is available as of now for around the $250 price point.
