HTC Touch Diamond2 Gets Release Date for Europe

According to the online webstore Expansys, the much anticipated HTC Touch Diamond 2, which comes with a larger touchscreen display than its predecessor (a 480 x 800 resolution 3.2″ display compared to the original Touch Diamond’s 2.8″ 480 x 640 screen), is set to commence shipping in Europe from mid April.

Obviously, the listed date of availability, specifically being touted on the aforementioned site as 15 April, is unconfirmed, but there’s no reason not to take it as a good ballpark indicator at the very least – after all this would, in fairness, fit nicely with HTC’s own communications concerning the Diamond2′s availability of ‘early Q2 2009′.
We will, of course, keep you posted concerning any official confirmation that may, or may not, materialise.
