Microsoft Sidewinder X8 'BlueTrack' Wireless Gaming Mouse Set for Release

Microsoft have confirmed that their new wireless Sidewinder X8 gaming mouse, which utilises BlueTrack advanced tracking technology capable of processing 13,000 frames a second and which offers between 250 and 4,000dpi user adjustable resolution, is set to become available from next week.

The Microsoft Sidewinder X8, which comes with integrated LCD display allowing you to view current DPI sensitivities and which assists with macro recording, comes with no less than twelve buttons – seven of which are programmable – as well as tilting scroll wheel is billed as offering up to thirty hours of ‘active gaming’ based on a full charge and will set you back around $100.
