Last month at the CES, TRENDnet announced the TV-M7110WK, a wireless internet camera kit that includes a 7″ monitor, wireless internet camera, and a camera server – model TV-IP110W. One of the many, neat, and useful gadgets on display at the show. The monitor streams security surveillance video in real time.

The camera is a compact piece that can be placed at key entry and exit points; it streams clear MJPEG video streams. The camera can be mounted on most surfaces with the help of the included mounting kit. The camera is capable of motion detection recording and scheduled recordings. The monitor, which can also be used to display videos, image slideshows, and music, connects to the camera and the camera server wirelessly.

The main advantage of the TV-M7110WK kit is that it enables users to access wireless surveillance via an internet camera but without the need for a PC. This makes it a compact, versatile, and cheaper CCTV solution. The TV-M7 monitor can keep track of up to 4 cameras simultaneously on one screen or alternate between cameras so that you can monitor the entire area sequentially.
