Fujifilm DP-70SH Digital Photo Frame

In terms of digital photo frames, being that they’re in such extreme abundance these days, manufacturers are always looking to add that little extra functionality in order for their product to stand out from the crowd – take the previously featured AMEX Digital SR-7 and SW7 digital photo frames by way of but one example – but not so Fujifilm: or so it would seem when it comes to their new, decidedly rudimentary DP-70SH Digital Photo Frame.
The 7″ 800 x 480 resolution Fujifilm DP-70SH digital photo frame comes with a mere 256MB of integrated memory and, surprisingly, in an age where digital photo frames have long since embraced multimedia, it’ll neither play ball with audio or video file formats though, thankfully, there is at least a SD, SDHC, xD, MMC, CF and MS memory card slot meaning that you’re not limited by the DP-70SH’s paltry internal memory.
Aimed, we assume, at those looking for a basic digital photo frame that won’t burn a hole in their pockets in terms of the financial outlay required (though, at this time, Fujifilm are yet to offer pricing details – we expect it to be priced in accordance with its lack of features, however) – the Fujifilm DP-70SH Digital Photo Frame looks set for a March release in Japan with wider availability as yet unconfirmed
