Nikon Coolpix P90

The Nikon Coolpix P90 is a point-and-shoot camera that offers a 24x optical zoom and a wide-angle view through its 26-mm lens which enables super telephoto coverage of 624 mm. The camera allows you to take clear photos from as close as 1 cm from an object. Image clarity supports 20″ x 30″ blow-ups.
The 12.1-megapixel camera can click an amazing 10 photos the instant you press the shutter release button; these 10 images are a capture of events that you would otherwise miss by the time you aim and shoot. This is the Best Shot Selector (BSS) technology and it saves the sharpest image.
The camera has a 3.0-inch LCD that makes it easy for you to view and share images with others. The LCD can rotate 90 degrees to facilitate shots at difficult angles. An electronic viewfinder enables you to see the object to be captured under any light condition.
Optical VR Image Stabilization counters camera shake due to hand tremors by moving the image sensor accordingly. Shutter speed is adjusted by motion detectors so that image sharpness is maintained in low light conditions and when capturing fast-moving objects.
The P90 will be available from March onwards and will retail for $399.95.
