Adesso has released two desktop keyboards that feature a touchpad for easy scrolling. The two models are WKB-4100 and AKB-420. The touchpads and two mouse buttons makes the external mouse redundant. A simple swipe of your fingers along the edge of the square initiates either horizontal or vertical scrolling.

The WKB-4100 is a wireless keyboard with a 2.4GHz RF receiver for wireless connectivity. MCE buttons on the top facilitate multimedia use and you can easily connect to music and video players, TV, radio, etc. This 86-keys keyboard has a range of up to 100 feet from the receiver. This keyboard also features Windows Media Center and Internet hotkeys for launching a site, email, and going back / forward.

The AKB-420 SlimTouch pro keyboard is not a wireless keyboard but has a stylish ergonomic design. It is a cost-effective keyboard with a USB port for connectivity. Installing the Glidepoint Touchpad driver will enable the touchpad to support advanced features such as horizontal scrolling, zoom in/out, plus back and forward. Hotkeys on this 87-key keyboard offers instant access to multimedia and the internet with a single touch.
