The Garmin FR60 is a watch which helps the user keep track of his various fitness activities and when jogging should he stray too far away from the beaten path, the GPS-enabled watch lets him know his bearings.

The watch reads data from a host of ANT compatible fitness devices and gives you information on time spent on the treadmill, calories lost, pulse rate, etc. The data is then wirelessly transferred to a computer with the help of a wireless USB Stick that can be plugged into the computer.

The watch is available in different versions for men and women in three colors – red, black, and lilac. The FR60 comes with a heart rate monitor and optional foot pod. The watch can record data up to 15 hours and a 100 laps run. Th watch is lightweight and streamlined; it is water resistant and hence ideal for swimmers and triathletes.

If users choose to join Garmin Connect online then they can avail automatic logging of their workout stats on the site and also network with like-minded exercise enthusiasts.
