Sony Ericsson debuted two mobile phones with different looks and USPs at the CES in early January. The C510 Cyber-shot is the most inexpensive cyber-shot phone released by Sony Ericsson till date. The Sony Ericsson W508 Walkman mobile phone is a proclamation of your style and carries forward the legacy of the Sony Walkman.

The C510 features Smile Shutter technology that detects when a person is smiling and immediately takes a photo. It has a 3.2 megapixel camera with Face Detection which enables a focus on up to three faces at a time. Snapfish will send you prints of the snaps taken if you order them, you can place your order through the phone itself. The C510 lets you upload videos to YouTube. The C510 stores your entire SMS conversation history for you to see at a glance.

The Sony Ericsson W508 Walkman mobile phone has features such as Shake Control and Gesture Control that let you alter the volume or shuffle music with a flick of your wrist; effectively you are your own DJ. Interactivity is a key feature of this phone, another example being the TrackID which is a text-based search for songs. It comes in handy when you do not remember the name of the song. Other features include a 3.2 megapixel camera, HSDPA and 1GB M2 card.
