In terms of devices offering 802.11n Draft N Wireless connectivity – and, specifically, USB based Wi-Fi dongles – Buffalo’s new 802.11n Draft N Wireless USB Adapter, known as the Buffalo WLI-UC-GN, very much serves to prove that size is indeed not everything (sigh of relief this end) as though, thanks to its Draft N compatibility, it can manage transfer rates up to 600Mb/s it manages to do so whilst measuring in at a decidedly tiny 16 x 33 x 8mm.

Set for release in Japan in February, and with, at the time of writing, no word as to whether it’ll be offered elsewhere (we assume/hope it will), the Buffalo WLI-UC-GN 802.11n Draft N Wireless USB Adapter is especially ideal for those that make their living on the road and require fast wireless connectivity from a device that’s going to fit with ease in even the tightest of laptop/notebook cases but one cannot help but wonder at the level of range such a diminutive device can possibly offer on account of its integrated antenna being so (especially) small.
The Buffalo WLI-UC-GN 802.11n Draft N Wireless USB Adapter will retain in Japan for the equivalent of around a very reasonable $23.
