Logic3 i-Station25 iPhone/iPod Speaker Docking Station

New i-Station Dock

Following on from Logic3’s i-Station Rotate Logic3 have announced yet another iPhone/iPod docking station inn their i-Station line-up that caters for portrait and landscape viewing of your Apple device’s display – the Logic3 i-Station25 – which, whilst not quite as impressive as the previously mentioned i-Station Rotate could be worth consideration if you’re in the market for a new iPhone/iPod dock.

The Logic3 i-Station25 iPhone/iPod Speaker Docking Station offers 8W of output courtesy of 4 40mm speakers which, thanks to a built in accelerometer, ‘allows the i-Station25 to be positioned on its side for Video playback, whilst maintaining stereo sound positioning’.

Logic3 i-Station25 Key Features:

  • Watch music videos, movies & podcasts in portrait or landscape mode
  • Accelerometers to ensure correct L & R sound output when the i-Station is placed on its side.
  • High performance speaker system for iPhone & iPod.
  • Watts RMS power output ( 2 x 4W per channel )
  • Composite Video Output for connecting to TV
  • Remote Control to operate Speaker & simple functions of iPod.
  • Operates using an AC Adaptor (Included) or 4 x AA Batteries
  • Stereo Line-in Cable for playing other audio devices including iPod shuffle, MP3, or CD players.
  • Volume level display on iPhone / iPod screen & low battery indicator system.
  • Dimension (H x W x D) 154mm x 170mm x 125mm

Interestingly, whilst cheaper than the previously featured i-Station Rotate, the price difference between the tow is not quite as marked as one would otherwise expect, what with the i-Station Rotate – to out minds at least – being the far more desirable of the two with the Logic3 i-Station25 set to retail for £68 (circa $101) whilst the i-Station Rotate will set you back around £78 ($117).
