The internet telephone service provider, Ooma, have announced a new, handsfree, internet based handset in the form of the not unattractive Ooma Telo which, apart from serving as an internet based telephone promising free calls within the US as well as internationally to other Ooma users, can also serve as a standard landline telephone.

The Ooma Telo is set to retail as a wireless handset and router combo for around $250 though, at the time of writing, no exact details concerning shipping dates have been announced.
