iHome iHM77BC Portable Speakers Sport Collapsible Design ‘For Maximum Portability’

Designed to offer the maximum in ease of portability thanks to their collapsible, space saving resonance chambers – though it has to be said that the iHM77BC’s design does bare a startling similarity to this long since available collapsible speaker solution – iHome’s new iHM77BC portable speakers are billed as being perfect for anything from iPods (and other DAPs) as well as PMPs and even laptops that don’t come with integrated speakers (though the latter are becoming increasingly few and far between these days).

Connecting to any audio device that sports a 3.5mm audio jack, the iHome iHM77BC portable speakers, which attach together using magnets to form a ‘capsule shape’, come with integrated amplifiers powered by built-in lithium-ion batteries, thus serving, unlike many comparable devices, not to drain power from your DAP/PMP during operation are supplied with a USB recharging cable and carry case, come in either black, silver or red.

The iHome iHM77BC Portable Speakers are available now and retail for $50 a pop.
