Should the TrickleStar USB Standby Power Saver establish that yourPC is switched off it’ll duly cut the power to the aforementioned power strip thereby switching all your peripherals off – regardless of whether they’re in standby mode or not. Naturally, in case you’re wondering, once you power you’re PC up again the TrickleStar USB Standby Power Saver will accordingly let the juice run free once again.

A simple idea in the extreme, granted, but undoubtedly effective and ideal for people who are so busy conserving their own energy levels that they couldn’t possibly do it for themselves, the TrickleStar USB Standby Power Saver is set for release in January (’09) for an as yet undisclosed price.
