
Asus have unveiled two new notebooks/laptops, the Asus N80Vc and N50Vc, which offer 14.1” and 15.4” sized displays respectively and both of which come with a range of Intel Core 2 Duo CPU options (including the T5900, T5800, T9400, P8600, P8400 and P7350) ranging from 2.0-2.8GHz clock speeds and with GeForce 9 Series 9300M GPUs and HDMI output as standard.

Naturally a veritable host of options are on offer concerning both the Asus N80Vc and the N50Vc notebooks on top of processor choice, such as SATA HDDs ranging from 160-320GB (N80Vc) and 160-500GB (N50Vc) though both sport integrated webcams (1.3MP resolution for the N80Vc and 2MP for the N50Vc), built-in 8-in-1 memory card readers and WiFi connectivity – with the N50Vc offering 3G/3.5G Antenna support. Additionally each offer a choice of DVD Multi or Blu-ray DVD combo drives and sport an extremely wide array of outputs with include the aforementioned HDMI as well as 3 and 5 USB posts (N80Vc/N50Vc respectively) and, in the case of the N50Vc, an e-SATA port.
