Asus have officially offered an insight as to its up and coming Asus Eee Top ‘touch navigation enabled’ all-in-on PCs, specifically the Eee Top ET1602 and the Eee Top ET1603, which both sport integrated 1.3 megapixel cameras and built-in microphone as well as dual speakers.

Set to begin shipping in the UK from 20th November – a US release date has, at the time of writing, not been forthcoming from Asus – the Eee Top ET1602 and ET1603, apart from sporting 15.” 19:9 aspect ratio touchscreens, offer near silent operation coming in at a mere 26 dB – thanks, in large part, to the use of Asus’s Tranquiller cooling technology – as well as 802.11n Wi-Fi connectivity and SRS sound processing.

Powered by Intel’s 1.6GHz Atom CPU, both models come with 1GB of RAM and 160GB HDDs whilst, in terms of graphics, the models are distinguished by the ET1603 coming with ATI Mobility Radeon HD3450 graphics whilst the ET1602 relies on an Intel graphics chipset.

No official word concerning unit pricing appear to have been officially sanctioned for release by Asus at the time of writing, however, the Eee Top ET1602 and Eee Top ET1603 are widely expected to retail from around £290 (circa $450).
