
Integra’s first Blu-ray player, the Integra DBS-6.9, has just become available offering what Keith Haas, Integra’s Director of Sales bills as ‘exceptional audio and video performance in a feature-rich package that meets the high standards that our dealers have come to expect from all Integra products’.

The Integra DBS-6.9 offers support for the Deep Color standard allowing for over 1 billion possible colors, as well as Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio compatibility (for use with compatible processors or receivers as well as Integra’s recently introduced DHC-9.9 preamplifier/processor) and, along with offering 1080p HD at 24fps the Integra DBS-6.9 also sports DVD 1080p HD upscaling capabilities as well as playing ball with a host of additional formats such as CD, Video CD, CD-R/RW, DVD±R/RW, DivX, WMA, JPG and MP3 encoded discs.
Further noteworthy features include HDMI 1.3a output, a front mounted SD card slot and BonusView support (aka Profile 1.1) all for an asking price of around $600.
