Asus N10 Ultraportable Notebook US Availability

Asus N10E-A1, N10J-A1, N10J-A2

Asus’s 1.6GHz Atom N270 ultraportable N10 notebook has, at last, made it to the US with three versions of the N10 – namely the N10E-A1, N10J-A1 and N10J-A2 (the latter two of which come with integrated fingerprint reader and Bluetooth connectivity) – now available to purchase in the US courtesy of Newegg.

All sporting a 10.2” WXGA display and coming with integrated 802.11b/g Wireless LAN, the Asus N10E-A1 comes with Windows XP Home, 1GB DDR2 RAM, 160GB HDD and integrated graphics, whilst the Asus N10J-A1 comes with Windows Vista Home Premium, 2GB DDR2 RAM, 160GB HDD and NVIDIA GeForce 9300M graphics with the N10J-A2, apart from utilising the same graphics solution and sporting the same RAM, comes bundled with Windows Vista Business + XPP and boasts a higher capacity 320GB HDD. Additionally, whereas the N10E-A1 is supplied with a 3-cell battery, both the N10J-A1 and the N10J-A2 come with 6-cell battery units (as well as the aforementioned Bluetooth).

Pricing of the three Asus N10 models comes in at around $600, $700 and $800 for the N10E-A1, N10J-A1 and N10J-A2 ultraportables respectively.
