Velocity have announced that their latest smartphone, the Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional powered Velocity 103 – which bears a striking aesthetic similarity to previous HTC designs nd which has apparently been nine months in development – is now available for pre-order.

The Velocity 103 Smartphone, which is built around a Qualcomm MSM7201 processor paired with 256MB NAND flash memory and 128MB of DDR ROM memory, sports a 2.8” VGA TFT LCD touch screen, a somewhat paltry 2 megapixel camera, offers Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity and comes with integrated GPS as well as a TV-out allowing you to view your captured images and video or playback presentations on TVs.
