MyMemory First To Bring Memory Vending Machines To The UK

MyMemory have become the first company to launch memory vending machines in the UK, allowing you to purchase a vast array of memory products – from USB flash drives to SD cards and CompactFlash cards – using your chip and pin card and have already introduced new memory vending machines at Gatwick Airport (North Terminal) and The Oracle Shopping Centre in Reading with view to installing further machines throughout the UK at airports, train stations and shopping centres.

‘We’re delighted to be providing the first vending machines to offer ‘Chip and PIN’ access to high value memory products.’ States Karl Moss, Managing Director of MyMemory Limited. ‘This is also great news for consumers, as it offers them a fast, convenient and secure way of buying the very best Flash memory products on the market via our machines.’

With our escalating reliance on gadgetry such as cameras, camcorders, DAPs, PMPs, etc, we don’t doubt that the machines will see a roaring trade in much the same way that we suspect that they’ll prove a prime target for vandals and thieves looking to avail themselves of some stock that’ll prove especially easy to sell on.
