Designer LED Clock by Peter van der Jagt Sports Over 1500 LEDs

It’s not often that we source directly from our sister site, e-Potpourri, but in the case of this designer LED Clock from Peter van der Jagt we feel compelled to make an exception not least because, apart from boasting a modern, somewhat minimalist style that positively oozes geek appeal the LED Clock White, as its known, manages to pack in over 1500 separate LEDs in order to convey the date and time in scrolling format (and any gizmo with over 1.5K of LEDs is always going to get our pulses racing).

Available in both white and black with red LED display (each model known as the LED Clock White and the LED Clock Black) this highly desirable desktop timepiece measures in at a compact 5.9″ x 8.7″ x 1.6″ and we adore the simple yet highly effective design that goes to prove, if ever proof were needed, that sometimes less is indeed more.

The LED Clock White by Peter van der Jagt retails for around €167 / £132 / $245 and if featuring it here on TFTS as well as EP gets this clock seen, we feel wholly vindicated in cross posting about this particular gem.
