Iconic USB Webmail Notifier Checks Your Inbox, Illuminates if Mail Received

We’ve seen USB gadgets that hook up to your instant messaging software – such as the Availabot and the Stysen B01 i-Knock – that bring a little light hearted desktop based feedback to proceedings and now we have this somewhat iconic USB Webmail Notifier to prompt us when a mail slips into our inbox.

The USB Webmail Notifier supports gmail, yahoo, outlook, outlook express and POP3 email accounts and is billed as working in the background to inform you every time you receive a personal email by lighting up in blue, red or green when a mail is received and you can even associate a sound to the receipt of each new mail if you wish (though its not as if most email clinets don’t offer that ‘functionality already).
Yes, the USB Webmail Notifier is whimsical in the extreme and, yes, we can most definitely live without it but, for some inexplicable reason, we’re really rather taken with it.
