
Epson have taken the wraps off a new all-in-one (printer, scanner, copier) known as the Epson Stylus SX600FW with, apart from sporting an integrated 6.3cm LCD screen (allowing the Stylus SX600FW to print photos and send faxes without the need to a PC) also comes with Epson’s Micro Piezo print head technology paired with ‘a new high-speed engine’ as well as integrated Wi-Fi allowing the SX600FW to be hooked up to a wireless network to ‘serve as a centralised hub for wireless printing and scanning for all the family’.
Using Epson’s DURABrite Ultra Ink which offers water, smudge and fade resistant prints, the Stylus SXF600W boasts 2400dpi scanning capabilities and is supplied with Epson Easy Photo Fix and ABBYY FineReader Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software.
