InFocus Intro IN80 1080p HD Entertainment Projector with BrilliantColor & DarkChip DLP Technology

InFocus have announced their latest projector, the IN80, which is squarely aimed at those looking for a full HD projector for entertainment purposes and which boasts not only full 1080p HD capabilities but which also comes with Texas Instruments’ DLP DarkChip and BrilliantColor technologies ensuring pin sharp images and vibrant colour reproduction whilst projecting imagery measuring up to four meters diagonally.

At the time of writing details are a little on the sparse side but what is known is that the IN80 offers 2,500:1 native contrast ratio (which cvan be further boosted to 7,500:1) paired with 1,300 ANSI lumens brightness, integrated Pixelworks DNX 10-bit video processing and two HDMI inputs whilst automatic colour gamut and black level calibration makes setting up the IN80 for optimum output somewhat of a breeze.

InFocus’s IN80 1080p Projector is due to hit the shelves in September with a price tag of around £1300 (approximately $2500 at the time of writing).
