Memorex Introduce Essential TravelDrive USB Portable Hard Drive Range

Memorex have introduced a new range of 2.5” USB portable hard disk drives known as the Essential TravelDrive series which, apart from coming in a range of vibrant colours – namely Spring Blossom, Tropic Green, Caribbean Blue and Cool Silver – offer either 160GB, 250GB of 320GB capacities and which, according to Memorex, ‘helps promote important file sharing with the style and choice users want.’

Connecting to your PC and/or notebook via a USB connection, from which the units also draw power – hence eliminating the need for a separate power adapter, Memorex’s new Essential TravelDrive’s are detailed as coming with (undisclosed) backup software and, quite probably the star of the show, a ‘blue, flashing LED data transfer display’ (trust me, we are working hard here to contain our excitement).

Memorex have negated to offer the full pricing structure concerning the three capacities of offer in its Essential TravelDrive range opting merely to advise that pricing starts at $90.
