SanDisk has released its new, low cost Cruzer Pattern USB Flash Drives which come in two versions, black and gray offering 2GB and 1GB of storage capacity respectively and which would appear to be aimed at those looking for a budget priced USB flash drive that, apparently, serve to let everybody ‘exactly who you are’ thanks to its ‘funky design’ (one could be excused for coming to the assumption that a member of Nokia’s press office was moonlighting with wholly superficial and frankly ridiculous blurbs such as this).

SanDisk’s Cruser Pattern offers Security-One click password protected access control, support for U3 compatible PC programs and, by way of complete innovation, is even a plug and play device and the drive’s cap serves as a belt clip. Marvellous.
The 2GB Cruzer Pattern (Black) and 1GB Cruzer Pattern (Gray) retail for just shy of $15 and $10 respectively and are available now.
