Casio Exilim Zoom EX-Z150 8.1 Megapixel Compact Digital Camera

Casio have announced the latest in their Exilim range of digital cameras – the Casio Exilim Zoom EX-Z150 – which comes with an 8.1 megapixel CCD, a generous 3” TFT, a 28 mm wide-angle lens with 4x optical zoom and with what Casio term as being ‘YouTube Capture Mode’ which basically boils down to the EX-Z150 offering video capture at 30fps in 640 x 480 resolution for lengths of up to 10 minutes.

As you’d expect from a particularly pocket friendly (96.7 (W) x 57.3 (H) x 20.1 (D) mm) compact point and shoot device, the Casio Exilim Zoom EX-Z150 comes with face detection, image stabilisation, a plethora of auto scene modes as well as a 1.9 captures per second burst mode and limited in-camera editing capabilities allowing your, for instance, to trim captures prior to printing imagery whilst by-passing the need to fire up your PC.
No word at the time of writing concerning either pricing or availability, however, for those looking to get the complete lowdown on Casio’s new EX-Z150 compact you can familiarise yourself with the camera’s full specifications via the link provided below.
