As far as USB hubs go it has to be said that, on the whole, they’re fairly boring, purely functional affairs but this 4 port USB hub modelled on Star Wars’ most famous bot, R2D2, is certainly far removed from your plain old vanilla USB hub in not only being highly distinctive but also offering animation as well as sound and lighting effects that are certain to appeal to Star Wars fanboys.
Due to become available in August (08) the R2D2 4 Port USB Hub, which, we think you’ll agree, is beautifully whimsical yet curiously desirable, will set you back just shy of $68 – though pre-orders are already being accepted.
