D-Link have just released their new DIR-628 RangeBooster N Dual-Band Router which is aimed at home users looking to implement high-speed, secure wireless networks in offering both 2.5GHz and 5GHz band wireless connectivity billed as being ideal for streaming everything from digital imagery, music and VoiP cbased communications right up to HD movies courtesy of a data transfer speeds of up to 12x faster (and offering up to 4x greater range) than standard 802.11g based routers.
