It is almost easier to find the Wii system in stock instead of the Wii Fit. If you want to buy it online your best bet is an auction website. You will pay more, but it can be worth it if you don’t want to wait long to buy it.

eBay has dropped in price until now. If any of you would like to get a wii fit off ebay this is the time to do so.. In a few weeks there will be skyhigh prices thanks to christmas is around the corner.

Hey guys I live in the UK, even if the EU does have more units on their way to us you wouldn’t know, you cannot buy one anywhere here. We bought a Wii a couple of weeks ago assuming that the Wii Fit would be in stores again soon (and also while my 360 was off being repaired having suffered the ring of desth problem!). Still can’t get Wii Fit and am already bored with the Wii having only played on it a couple of times…my girlfriend has ordered a Wii Fit with lots of bundled accessories for £109 (circa $215) as it’s the only way to get one over here, but if I had my way I’d be selling the Wii on eBay…I just can’t believe that every time Nintendo release something it sells out – do they only have two people making these things or what….the PS3/360 were a lot easier to get hold of at release and I don’t buy it that it was because the demand is higher for Wii/Wii Fit. All in all I feel pretty sour about Nintendo and won’t be rushing to buy lots of games, anyway the 360 came back yesterday!!

Well, I most likely will give up the hunt…after a few weeks I simply don’t want one as badly, and by the time I happen to notice it available at Wal-Mart (what are we looking at Oct. or Nov?) I really won’t have the desire or the money to buy it.

Not being able to find a Wii Fit right this minute isn’t going to make me jump ship, but if the lack of availability really is because units are being redirected to EU, it does take Nintendo down a few notches in my book. I work over seas, so hopefully I’ll be able to find one before August 1.

No, I finally gave in and got one off ebay for an (obviously) inflated price. I forgot to preorder one. What bothers me is some ebay stores state they have 300 or so, keeping them hostage for a profit.
