Intel Atom Dual Core Processor Available By Q3 08, According to Apparent Leak

According to a leak being touted as legitimate, we could see the first notebooks sporting Intel’s first Dual Core Atom processors by the end of the year thanks to a chip being billed as the Atom 330 which, if the leak is to believed, will boast a Thermal Design Power (TDP) rating of 8W which, whilst being considerably more than that of the single core Atom 230 – which has a TDP of 2W – is far less than any of Intel’s other low-voltage processors.
According to the leak featured by Fudzilla, the Atom 330 will purportedly run at 1.6Ghz (the same as the single core Atom 230), offer 533MHz FSB will come with 1MB of cache (double that of the Atom 230) though the leak does not hint at unit pricing.
