Zvue Spirit Stars & Stripes ‘4th of July’ MP3 Player Celebrates American Patriotism

If you happen to be a US citizen looking to flaunt your undying patriotism what better way could there be than carrying around this Zvue Spirit MP3 player which not only comes emblazoned with the American flag but also sports a star shaped navigation pad, comes pre-loaded with no less than fifteen suitably patriotic songs, and which, naturally, appears to be made in China.
Putting aside the blissful irony of it all, the somewhat underwhelming limited edition aluminium Zvue Spirit comes with just 1GB of integrated storage capacity, a 1” monochromatic display, an integrated microphone allowing for voice memo functionality and offers MP3, WMA and WAV file format support. Other notable ‘highlights’ include a 5 band custom equalizer and a purported battery life of around 6 hours based on a full 4 hour charge.

The clincher, however, has to be the fact that the Zvue Spirit comes complete with a set of 15 pre-loaded tracks that are sure to get your patriotic senses stirring, these being:
- I Feel Good – James Brown
- Back In The U.S.A. – Chuck Berry
- Sweet Home Alabama – Lynyrd Skynyrd
- Drive South – John Hiatt
- XXX’s And OOO’s (An American Girl) – Trisha Yearwood
- Fly Like An Eagle – The Neville Brothers
- Rocky Mountain Way – Joe Walsh
- Takin’ Care Of Business – Bachman-Turner Overdrive
- Simple Man – Lynyrd Skynyrd
- Rock And Roll All Nite – Kiss
- (You Can Still) Rock In America – Night Ranger
- America Is My Home (Part 1) – James Brown & The Famous Flames
- Free Bird – Lynyrd Skynyrd
- Some Gave All – Billy Ray Cyrus
- God Bless The U.S.A. – Lee Greenwood
Due to be released on 4th of July – well, of course – the Zvue Spirit is currently available for pre-order for around $36 and we don’t doubt that our US readership will be positively scrambling to get their orders in just at a time when American industry is baring the brunt of cheap Chinese imports.
