Digital Foci have announced that their new multi media ‘Image Moments 8’ IMT-083 digital photo frame is now available offering a 8” SVGA 800 x 600 LCD with 500:1 contrast ratio, MP3 and MPEG 1/4 file format compatibility, integrated stereo speakers and a not to shabby 450MB of internal memory.
Capable of storing up to 3,000 photos out of the box without having to resort to supplemental memory cards, the Image Moments 8 digital photo frame’s considerable 450MB of integrated memory can be further expanded courtesy of a truly vast range of memory cards – specifically CompactFlash, SD/HC card, MMC, Memory Stick, MS PRO, xD-Picture Card, and MS Duo/MS PRO Duo – without the need for adapters and, as if the choice of storage mediums isn’t enough, the frame also comes with integrated USB port allowing for the use of USB flash memory drives.
Digital Foci’s new frame also sports Picasa Web Albums allowing for content downloaded from the online image portable to play directly on the device which, though hardly a first, is welcomed none-the-less.

Admittedly, Digital Foci’s IMT-083 Image Moments 8 digital photo frame is not exactly the best looking digital photo frame we’ve featured here on TFTS – we much prefer the design of Kodak’s new Easyshare digital frames (though this atomic clock/weather station digital frame is our overall favorite digital frame) - but what cannot be disputed is that its certainly a capable device, and, in retailing at a mere $200 its also fairly keenly priced.
