Asus have unveiled their new Essentio CS5110 Mini PC which, apart from sporting a suitability small form factor and stylish, designer looks is billed as being ‘the world’s smallest Desktop PC equipped with a fully embedded discrete graphic card’ capable of 1080p HD image quality which, paired with the Essentio ‘s S/PIDF 7.1 Sound output, offers the maximum in movie and gaming HD clarity.

Weighing in at a mere 3.5kgOffering near silent operation thanks to a 2-in-1 thermal module resulting in a mere 23.9dB noise level whilst idle, Asus’s Essentio CS5110 Mini PC naturally offers 802.11n wireless (offering transmission rates of up to 300Mbps) and multi-link Bluetooth 2.0+EDR connectivity support and SPLENDID Video Intelligence Technology – which serves to dynamically optimise video performance whilst offering intelligent colour, brightness, contrast and sharpness correction – as well as an (optional) integrated Blu-ray or DVD SuperMulti player.
