Loc8tor Lite Lost Item Locating Gadget for the Absent Minded

Loc8tor Lite Lost Item Locating Gadget

If you’re prone to loosing things (or, like myself, you have a partner who’s seemingly intent on loosing things on your behalf) help is at hand in the form of this handy gadget known as the Loc8tor Lite which will help you find any lost items you have previously tagged, complete with audio prompts and a LED proximity meter.

A somewhat slimmed down version of the original Loc8tor, the Loc8tor Lite boasts proportions equitable to that of a credit card and, thanks to utilising compact active RFID tags which can be attached to just about anything, can be used to locate anything from keys to bags, wallets to TV remotes, pets and even your partner’s mislaid sense of humour (well, okay, not the latter – some things are destined never to be found).

Using audio and visual clues based on signal strength to help you home in on lost items to within purported distances of a mere 2.5cm from distances of up to 122m/400ft, this Loc8tor Lite gadget comes complete with two black tags (up to four tags can be registered per unit) and retails for around £50 / $98 / €67 with additional tags coming in sets of two costing around £25 / $49 / €34.
